MCA Induction 2024-25
The MCA department at RCPIMRD, Shirpur, successfully organized a comprehensive induction program for new MCA students from September 4th to 13th, 2024. Throughout the week, students participated in various activities such as technical workshops, soft skills development sessions, and an orientation to the institute’s resources, aimed at preparing them for their academic journey. The main induction event on September 14th featured a keynote address by distinguished alumnus Mr. Narendra Girase from the MCA 2008-2011 batch, currently working as a Project Lead at Persistent Systems, Pune. Mr. Girase shared his valuable professional experiences, highlighting the importance of technical expertise, continuous learning, and adaptability in the dynamic IT industry, inspiring the new batch of students. Dr. Vaishali Patil, Director of RCPIMRD, warmly welcomed and appreciated Mr. Girase for his contribution and continued association with the institute, acknowledging his success as an inspiration for current students. Mr. Manoj Behere, Head of the MCA Department, also addressed the gathering, providing a forward for the program and encouraging students to leverage the resources and guidance available at the institute. The dedicated efforts of the faculty members, who worked hard to ensure the successful execution of the induction program, were also recognized and appreciated by all present.
