Activity Details : Institute’s staff welfare committee organized Five days ‘Staff orientation program’ for newly joined faculty members. The objective of this orientation program was to introduce Institute resources, work process, academic committees, Institute best practices, research motivation schemes and financial support system for professional development of faculty members. In these Five days ‘Staff orientation program’ various sessions were arranged for newly joined faculty members by expert resource persons.
Respected Director Dr. Vaishali Patil madam took session on “Institute overview and Management Initiatives” for continuous professional development of the Institute & faculty members. Respected Assistant Director Mr. Manoj Behere sir presented a session on “Academic diary contents and record filling”. Respected IQAC Coordinator Dr. Manoj Patel sir conducted consecutive sessions on “Introduction of academic committees, roles and responsibilities towards NAAC documentation and necessity of records for API”. Respected HOD of UG Dr. Tushar R. Patel sir introduced “Internal and external examination system”. Mrs. Chhaya Patil Madam gave overview of “Attendance Management System”. Mr. Dinesh Borse sir took a session on “Professional Ethics” and Librarian Mrs. Kavita Patil Madam introduced “Library Assets and Library Systems” available for faculty members.
On the occasion of Valedictory session, faculty members shared positive experiences and feedback regarding various sessions conducted by the resource persons. Staff Welfare Committee Coordinator Dr. Laxmikant M. Sharma, Committee members Ms. Kritika Behere, Mr. Sachin S. Surana, Mrs. Rohini R. Patil, Ms. Dipali Nyahalde carried assigned responsibilities for successful execution of sessions of the Program.
