Student Development Department of Institute and Tahasil Office, Shirpur jointly organized Voters Registration Camp on 16th February 2024 for 18+ years old students. This camp was inaugurated with saraswati pujan followed by introduction and felicitation. Preface was given by Dr. Manoj B. Patel, IQAC Coordinator, IMRD. Mr. Manoj Chaudhari appealed to students for voters registration through song.
In this camp, 205 students were participated. Mr. Mahendra Mali (Tahasildar, Shirpur), Mr. Ravindra Kumawat (Naib Tahasildar, Shirpur), Mr. Bharat Chaudhari, Nodal officer, Tahasil Office, Shirpur were present in this camp. In this camp, Mr. Mahendra Mali told importance of young voters, importance of voting registration, significance of democracy, voters’ helpline app etc. Sir also thanked to IMRD for arranging this program and appreciated the efforts taken by IMRD for placements. Mr. Bharat Chaudhari, Nodal officer, Tahasil Office, Shirpur explained various ways of voters registration, Sir also told about documents required for registration and also gave live demonstration of voters’ helpline app etc. Program was ended with National Anthem. Vote of thanks was given by Mr. Vijay Garge.
This camp was successfully organized under the guidance of the Director of the institute Dr. Vaishali B. Patil, Mr. Manoj N. Behere, HOD of PG department, Dr. Manoj B. Patel, IQAC coordinator, and Dr. Tushar R. Patel, HOD of UG department. The student development department officer Dr. Manojkumar S. Sonawane, Mr. Sachin S. Surana, Mrs. Chhaya S. Patil, Mrs. Dhanashree Patil, Mrs. Monali Kirange, Mrs. Rohini Patil, Mrs. Suvarna Chaudhari and Ms. Suchita Jadhav took efforts for this camp.
