My college IMRD Shirpur Institute has helped me make my future bright. There are lots of great memories from IMRD. I would like to share few that which I never forgot in my life and which has special place in my life. The first semester interaction with our great Professors (Mr.Behare sir, Dr. Manoj Patel Sir , Dr. Tushar Patel Sir, Mr. Khan Sir, Mr. Shah Sir & Madam Dr. Vaishali Patil madam). As I was came from non-computer background (BSC Botany), in the initial days, I was struggling to onboard the syllabus and topics, but in each any every interactions with these great teachers, I encouraged to learn more and continue my decision for completing MCA. I admired that, if I do not get these support and motivation in my early education time, I may be at different place today and domain. All credits go to my faculties and my great room partners who supported well in the first semester and throughout the degree of MCA. Ganesh Festival which we celebrated at IMRD. A grand event jointly celebrated with pharmacy and IMRD. Our collage Annual gathering events where my room partner Rahul has performed the dance and we all had made special place arrangements for enjoyment on front of stage. Our identity of “Tridev” (along with my two best friends Rahul Bhavsar and BhushanKasar. Whenever only two friends are going anywhere in the collage or outside the collage, someone always ask where is third Dev.? 7.Journey after IMRD ( starting Job and progress up to current position ) :- After getting passed out from IMRD came to Pune and got an opportunity to work in KadKomp Solution Pvt Ltd as Software Trainee engineer in ASP. Net. In June-2006. I was so fortunate that, after getting the degree in hand, I was selected in that company with the help of my some references. After spending 1 year with Kadkomp solutions, I was get an offer from Eaton technologies Pune which is one of the US based MNC as SCM Data Analyst from June-2007. Now the interesting part of my professional career was started. From 2007 to till date (2022) in last 15+ year with Eaton, I got various opportunities on various roles from Team Lead, Project Manager, Transition Manager, Operational Excellence lead, Application Owner(Product owner), Quality Management System Manager and Quality Manager. Definitely this journey is not simple without learning various new skills in each roll and performing as per the organizational roles. In this journey I also got a various on sites working & business meetings/workshop opportunities in various cities like Cleveland, Huston, Jackson MS, South Milwaukie in United States, Titchfield, England in United Kingdome, Budapest- Hungary- Europe etc.
