Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Cell
Since the incorporation, institute provides placements, technical training to student’s regurely.as well as through Entrepreneurship Development cell and business consultancy cellencourage them to become entrepreneur. Students& Alumni are now involved in different types of software development and starting their own firm/start-ups. So it is important that they should know the basics of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) such as patents, copyright, trade/service mark,Industrial Design.
An Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Cell has been formed in Institute in year 2018 to create awareness among faculty members, research scholar and the students of the Institution.
The cell has been organizing several IPR awareness seminars, workshops, and online sessions for students and staff through different government bodies and private institutions.
Objectives of IPR Cell :
- To create awareness about IPR among the faculty members and students.
- To provideguidance on future endeavors regarding patent filing processes.
- To motivate students come with new ideas and help them to protect the innovation.
