Events Highlights: –Students MCA Department organized a week-long induction program for newly admitted students of MCA from 27th December 2021 to 2nd January 2022. The objectives of the program were to make the students comfortable in a new environment, to create bonding among students as well as between faculties and students. During this week various activities on Communication Skills, Analytical Test, Talent Hunt, Group Discussion on Social Issues, Event Management, Time Management, Team Building, Stress Management, Sports etc., were conducted for students.
Participation of students in various activity
On 1st January 2022, the main induction program was organized. Total 126 students attended this program. In the beginning, Assistant Director and HOD of MCA/IMCA Department Mr. Manoj N. Behere introduced students with the culture of IMRD and put forward. The presidential speech was delivered by the respected Director of Institute Dr. Vaishali B. Patil. Madam motivated students and guided them. Madam also talked about the MCA course and its financial aspects. For this program, the chief guest was Mr. Ashish Patil, Alumni of IMRD. He is working as a Technical Architect, HCL Technologies, Pune. He guided students regarding new technologies in the market, how to start and prepare for a career, importance of communication skills, politeness, positive thinking, mindset change etc.
