Activity Details : MCA department carried out a 3 days induction program for newly admitted students, from 4 February to 6 February 2021. The objectives of the program is to make the students feel comfortable in their new environment, open them up, set a healthy daily routine, create bonding in the batch as well as between faculty and student.

In the beginning of the program, Assistant Director and HOD of MCA/IMCA Department Mr. Manoj Behere sir introduced students with the culture of RCPIMRD and put forewords. After the “wings of IMRD” PPT was presented by Mr. Nikhil Mali and Mr.Rahul Chaudhari. The Presidential speech was delivered by Respected Director Dr. Vaishali. B. Patil Mam. madam also motivated students and guided them in a variety of aspect.

The chief guest was Mr.Rahul Patil sir, Alumini of IMRD he is working as Project leader in Larson and Toubro infotech Ltd.at Florida,USA. He guided students regarding new technologies in market and how to start and prepare as carrier option.And at last Mrs.Raksha Sushir mam gave the importance of communication skill getaway and effort taken by IMRD to achieved it.

On the second day “Bridging Academics and IT Recruitments” session was conducted by Mr.M.N.Behere sir, “Motivational and Inspirational” session was conducted by Mr.Amit Patil. “Library Orientation” session was given by Mrs. Kavita Patil. Mrs.Raksha Sushir Mam and Mr.Suraj Nikam Sir conducted session on “Diagnostic Test and Aptitude” and Mrs.Sapana Raghuwanshi mam gave Presentation on “Etiquettes and Dressing Sense” for students.
On day Third, “Think? Out of Box” session was conducted by Mr.Swapnil Deshmukh, “Online Teaching Learning” session was conducted by Mr.Suraj Nikam, and “Talent Hunt” activity conducted by Ms.Rohini Patil and Mr.Suraj Nikam after Vote of thanks given by Mrs.Chhaya Patil Mam At last students feedback was taken. All the first year students delivered thanks to the faculties to organize such a beautiful event for them. All the MCA faculties gave their best support to make this event victorious.
