Introduction to Student Grievance Redressal Committee :
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is Formed to reviewing and assess student complaints, including issues of harassment. Its role is to resolve conflicts and grievances fairly and impartially, helping to maintain a positive atmosphere within the institute and prevent issues from escalating. Operating with transparency, the SGRC ensures a clear process for raising and addressing concerns, which builds trust among students and staff.
Objective :
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is dedicated to offering students a secure and anonymous platform to express their grievances. It establishes a mechanism for the swift and promptly addressing issues while providing continuous and suitable counselling throughout the process. Additionally, the SGRC aims to foster positive relationships among students.
Function :
- To evaluate the complaints submitted to the SGRC.
- To adhere to the principles of natural justice when addressing grievances.
- To conduct surveys to identify student issues and offer appropriate solutions.
