An online Career Guidance Workshop was organized on 13th  December, 2021 at 11 am with the objective of providing complete information about the “Career Katta” Under this initiative “IAS Apalya Bhetila ani Udhyojag Aplya Bhetila” Initiative jointly organized by Maharashtra State Department of Higher and Technical Education and Maharashtra Information Technology Assistance Center. The total participation is 626 Students from all classes of BCA, BBA, BMS, IMCA and MCA.
Career path shows the lines of progression through which employees typically move in his career. Career planning is a process for becoming aware of self, opportunities, constraints, choices, consequences, identifying career related’ goals and undertaking developmental activities to achieve the goals.

Concluding Remark: – This will help the individual to explore, choose and strive to derive satisfaction from his/her own career. Career planning should not focus only on vertical hierarchical growth but should also offer psychological success. It is not an event or an end in itself, but a continuous process for developing human resource in order to achieve maximum result.
